Same with the treasure table IDs: you made is some weird five thousand something. In your overwrite part you had it as 1.1x1.0x1-1, but the gun in your mod had completely different group and subgroup.

Where AA is the "nGroupID" of the item, BB is the "nSubgroupID" of the item, CC is the chance to drop (1.0 = 100%, 0.43= 43%) and DD is the number to drop.
